Last year Google had some problems with its online community Orkut. The service was almost stopped by a judge.

Now Google is in trouble again with it newly bought YouTube video platform. What happend? Some month ago Brazilian Supermodel Daniela Cicarelli had sex on a beach in Spain with her boyfriend. Someone took the situatioin and made a small movie. The movie was found later in YouTube.

Daniela Cicarelli get in contact with YouTube to let them remove the sex movie. YouTube did as requested. But the movie did appear again and again. It was uploaded again and again. So Daniela went to court and a judge in Sao Paulo sentenced YouTube either to stop the video or YouTube has to shutdown in Brazil.

But now the movie gets more and more famous. There were so many visitors of the movie that the servers you not handle the load anymore.

And who is Daniela Cicarelli? She’s one of the top models in Brazil. In 2004 she was the lover of Brazils soccer superstar Ronaldo. They married in a famous castle near Paris in France, but divorced 3 weeks later.
